A. Yes it is.... It works on all type of skin and aged.

A. ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS- Yalmeh glorify night face moisturizer contains all natural ingredients, no toxic chemicals or cancer causing additives - no mineral oil, propylene glycol or paraben. We do not test our products on animals NEVER-EVER.
Q: Is this day cream or night?
A: It is a night moisturizer. However, you can use it during the day too.
Q: Can I use this moisturizer after I apply my acne treatment? or should I wait till my face clears up?
A: Yes you can. There are no harsh chemicals in any of our products that would cause any problem.
Q: Does this product contain soy?
A: No it does not contain any soy.
Q: Can this be used as a day cream for going out? Can I apply makeup over it?
A: Yes, you betcha.

A. Absolutely! In fact, our glorify night face moisturizer makes a beautiful, smooth base. For maximum benefits, just wait a minute or so to make sure the Cream is completely absorbed before you apply

Q-What is the expiration date for this product?
A. Cosmetics and skin care products do not have set expiration dates, as these will vary by when the product is opened, how the product is used, and how it is stored. Thus, skin care products bear what is known as the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol.
You will find our PAO labels at the lower left of the reverse-side of the packaging. For most of our products, they are stable 3 years unopened, and 12 months after opening.

A.It does not contain caffeine

A: It is Non-Comedogenic, our products are specially formulated so as not to cause blocked pores.
Q. Can I use this moisturizer for my neck area?
A. Yes of course.
Q. Is this product useful and fit for young ladies?
A. Yes , it's work for all age or skin.
Q- Do you send a prepaid envelope so I can return the product?
A.We do not provide prepaid postage to return the product. We recommend sending a padded envelope from the U.S. Postal Service via First Class Mail with Tracking Information.
Q- How long will it take for me to see a refund?
A. Refunds are determined by the banks. Once we receive your return, we will instantly issue your refund. After this, you can expect to see your refund in 3-5 business days if your bank is located in the United States, and 3-14 business days if you’re using an international bank.

A. It is 90 days but we don't think you are going to need that since it’s to so good and it works.
Q. Can I use this under makeup?
A. Yes... You can
Q. Is this product Gluten free?
A. Yes it is gluten free as on the ingredients listed on the label, we don’t use any Gluten .
Q. Is it normal to receive the cream in a different recipient from the photo?
A. No it is not unless; otherwise we mentioned on our sales page that the package it may very. Please contact our customer service if you feel you received the wrong product.

Q-My product doesn't smell or look like it used to. What happened?
A. The integrity of our products is very important to us and with each batch (and even throughout the use of the product once opened), the color and/or smell of our products can vary slightly. This is due to the variety of natural ingredients and antioxidants in each of our formulas, and that we do not add any artificial colorants or fragrances to maintain consistent colors or scents. Artificial fragrance is a proven irritant for the skin, so using this type of ingredient would render the rest of the formula almost useless. While variances can occur in the color or smell of our products, it doesn't necessarily mean that the product has become any less effective or has expired.

Q. When will my package ship (non-holidays)?
A. It takes us 2-4 business days to process and ship your order. Once your goodies have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Because we ship worldwide, customs may cause a package to take longer to arrive than usual; we recommend tracking your order.

Q. How can I track my package?
A. All U.S. orders will be provided with a tracking number. For international orders, USPS Priority International and USPS Express International mail will provide a tracking number. Only select countries offer tracking for USPS First Class International. Please find these countries provided below:

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and tracking number***. To track your package, follow the link provided in your confirmation email. You can also visit the United States Postal Service at www.usps.com and enter your tracking number there! ***If you don’t see your country on the list above, don’t worry we can still ship to you but you will not be able to track your package. Instead you will be issued a Customs Identification Number for your package. We apologize, but again you will not be able to track your package if your country is not located above.
Q.DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS SHIPPING TO APO/FPO/DPO or PO OX ADDRESSES?
A. Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.
Q. Can you lower the value of my package and send as a gift?
A. As much as we want to, we aren’t able to lower the value of a package for any reason. Import fees are not part of shipping & handling and you will need to pay those fees upon receipt of the package. If you choose not to pay the import fees then your package will be returned to Yalmeh.
Q. Do you offer shipping insurance?
A. We do not currently offer insurance for our packages. USPS may have shipping insurance available for an additional fee.

What do I do if my package does not get to me by the estimated delivery date?
Carriers often provide an estimated delivery date to show when a package is projected for delivery. These estimates often change depending on current weather or road conditions.Please make sure to check the tracking number often to make sure that it is moving. If you still have not received your package after a week from the estimated delivery date, please let us know by contacting Support@YalmehNaturals.com
Tracking shows that my package has been delivered but I did not receive it.
If your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please try the following:
- Checking around the yard/house.
- Checking with neighbors.
- Checking with the carrier.
Often times carriers will leave packages in places where they think will be safest. (ie. Inside an open garage, besides a bush, etc.)Sometimes deliveries may be made to the wrong location. (ie. Down the street, next door, etc.) If the above does not help locate your package, please try contacting the carrier or contact us at Support@YalmehNaturals.com may update a tracking number in advance the day that it is projected for delivery.
Q.How do I change or cancel my order?
